my computer want boot to the windows when it comes on it looks as if its going to start-up?

then a dark screen comes up and says sorry for for the inconvenice windows are not succefully @the bottom are safe mode conf- mode etc by clicking on them nothing happen

When the dark screen comes up, select 'Last Known Good Configuration' then press Enter.

Could try a repair install if you have the Windows CD on hand. Instructions on how to do this are at the link below.
