Go to the dentist. He should be able to find your problem.

There is always a reason for bad breath. Find the cause of your halitosis and fix it. Get your teeth cleaned, checked, and fixed (if necessary) by your dentist. Bad teeth will cause odor. Buy a good mouth wash and use it often. Brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes 3-4 times a day. Be sure to brush your tongue and the roof of your mouth too. Keep lots of mints handy and use them as much as possible. Good luck!

Do you visit the dentist every six months or atleast once a year? You might have gingivitis if you don't and believe me, no one will wnat to talk to you or kiss you if you continue having bad breath. Gum or mints won't cover up the bad smell of gingivitis. Trust me, I dated someone that had it and dumped him right away. Eating fruits and vegetables is another way to keep your mouth healthy.

Drink lots of water to flush out your system. Brush well 3 times a day including your tongue, floss, use Listerine, and most off all see your dentist.

I'm curious to know what your diet is. If you eat a lot of garlic, onion, or other potent foods, chances are it's what you're eating.
At any rate, I would consult with a dentist, and see what they have to say.

Either have some gum, or try spraying some breath freshener

If all else fails, try mouthwash. It helps

chew gum, or get heavily good mints like starbucks or altoids...if you bite them, they release more of a potency. that should cure it. If not, brush and scrape your tongue when you brush your teeth. It gets the odors off.
