I am not a doctor, but the dark urine is caused by blood, and the back pain is your kidney. It could be an infection, a kidney stone, or some other problem. I had a kidney stone and had both the dark orange urine and a pain in my back. The stone was damaging the ureter (tube that leads from the kidneys to the bladder), causing bleeding, which is what darkened the urine. The pain got gradually worse over the course of an hour or so, until I literally couldn't sit still.

You should see a doctor immediately. Don't fool around with your kidneys.

the redish orange can be from a drug you are taking, or it can be blood in your urine, a test can be performed by a doctor. but that symptom along with a yellowish discharge sounds like it could be possible you have HPV which can cause cervical cancer. I am not a doctor and this is in no way a diagnosis. I recommed you seek professional assistance. If you want to read more you can go to the Source Link below...

Also at that same website you can enter your symptoms and see results. For your own health and safety please see a doctor.

I hope everything is ok for your and wish you the best of luck.

You should go to the doctor and get checked for a kidney infection. I once had redish orange pee and lower back pain which I took advil for. I stopped taking advil one day and broke out in a horrible fever which I think I had been supressing with the advil. I went to urgent care and had a kidney infection which I had to be put on IV antibiotics for on the spot. Kidney infections are very serious and quite painful- try to get to the doctor to stop it from getting any worse if it is indeed a kidney infection. Good luck!

Dont take my word for it but it could be a u.t.i( urinary tract infection). Do you have painful urination along with the feeling of urgency. YOu can get over the counter analgsic called pyridium and it will take away the pain but beware it will cause your urine to turn orange and dye your clothes. This medication will not take away the infection if you do have one. YOu must see a docter and get a urine analysis and sensitivty done to decifer if you have an infection and what antibiotic will be affective to fight against it. Drink lots of water and cranberry juice will decreace tha acidity in your urine. GO SEE A DOCTER.

Reddish orange urine can be blood in your urine (UTI), or might be you have been taking your B-complex vitamins and are fully stocked up (the remainder is eliminated in your urine). The yellowish discharge I presume to be from your vagina and may be due to a yeast infection (vaginitis).

If you are having any symptoms of pain, cramping, feeling like you have to urinate often, then UTI is likely.

If you are itchy, then vaginitis is likely.

A doctor's visit is in order, no matter what, if it persists beyond 2 more days.

Some discharge is normal. Does it have an odor ? If so it could be an infection. If you don't have a urinary tract infection the color of your urine could be from vitamins or food or drinks. Think a bout it and go from there. You may need a Dr. to check you.

not only is this a bladder/UT infection, but if you're having lower back pain, the infection is in your kidneys now. go to a doctor as soon as possible because kidney infections can sometimes be deadly!

drink tons of water and cranberry juice if you can't get to the doctor right away.

You have a yeast infection, this is easy to treat~
IF you DON't have a yeast infection then you either caught something from sex or you are having an unheathly period. Go see your doctor!
