I like this stuff called Oxy10. They sell it at WalMart and it's about $4 a bottle, but it lasts you a month and a half. I would follow that with a Retin-A type product and then an oil-free moisturizer. Use oil-free everything if you can. For really bad breakouts Serious Skincare has this pink stuff that's sulfer based that works really well. It'll dry up big zits in about two days, and normal zits overnight.
Always be careful when using any of this stuff. If your face feels tight and dry afterwards you are using too strong of a formula, and you need to add more moisture.

I had the same problem.
Try a face wash made for oily skin especially and whatever pimple products you can find for oily skin too.
If that doesn't work or you've already tried it, try Proactive they say its unbelievable, my cousin also has oily skin and it worked for him.
I personally used accutane but I would not recomend it, although I no longer have pimples, and I didn't have a negative experience exactly, I did however ,have to start taking contraceptives which made me sick like hell, both pills combined did a lot of work on my already depressed self not to mention I threw up all the time.
It also makes you even more sensitive to the sun, and now I can't wax for another 4 months because I could get Dermathitis.

So yeah I'd say Proactiv is the way to go.

Of course try a dermathologist.

3 suggestions:
1) Neutrogena On-The-Spot Treatment
2) Ice (holding ice over the pimple reducess redness)
3) Toothpase (probably heard that one before, but it dries it up.)

and also: avoid touching your face if you can, especially when you have a pimple, because your fingers spread germs that cause more!

well you can either buy cover-up which will cover pimples fast but only temporally or you can buy these little wipes for your face which get rid of the oil and prevent future pimples from happening.

Baking Soda Works Wonders instantly.. Trying Baking Soda with a couple drops (2) of Honey (for added moisture) This is the new thing and very cheap too. Mixed with water, you want it to become almost like pancake batter and then you will need to rub on your face in circular motions.

tea tree oil and a cotton bud. just dot 100% pure tea tree oil on your pimples before you go to bed. if you get the deep ones, hold the tea tree oil on there for 10 seconds or so. The sooner you catch the zit, the better.

The best way to get rid of pimples? See your dermatologist.
Or cut out some foods and see if you have a food allergy.

When I cut carbs out, my skin is amazing. but Retin-A helps, too.

Proactive is fine. BNothing beats bezoil peroxide. Check walmart and you'll find a lot of products with it. You can also ask the pharmacist there to point them out for you.
