Men and women have different physiologies, it's true, but I think that most of it is nurture. Girls and boys are treated differently in our society, in subtle and not-so-subtle ways. Girls are told to stay neat, that "little girls don't get dirty". They're also more often praised for being pretty or cute, while boys get praise for how smart and strong they are. Girls get babydolls and dress-up clothes, while boys get trucks and guns. It all reinforces the sort of behavior we expect out of each gender.
Gender is definitely a social construct, because in other societies, the genders can act in very different ways from what we expect. For instance, I've heard of a tribe where the men primp and preen all day while the women are businesslike and pragmatic.

Men and women are just made to act and think differently. We have different hormones and our brains are even wired up differently!! Guess that it is good that we all are unique! If everyone was alike we would soon get so bored.
