I'm a guy i need a tutu for halloween anybody got one i can borrow.

If you don't find one that you can borrow, maybe you could make one yourself. Or maybe you know someone who will do it as a favor? It's simple, and does not take long. Buy some tulle, available in most craft stores. It is usually inexpensive. Gather it,and sew it onto an elastic. Viola, you have a tutu!! You could even make it fancy by adding sequins, or gluing glitter to it.

I have an old one from when I was about 8. its white and poofy with silver sequins and a gold cloth waist band. It was for a costume for the recital..i think we were supposed to be angels.
Look on up online...try eBay even. or check out some local dace attire shops near where you live. Some local stores might even be selling some as costumes.
