I had those.... really bad in my first (but only) pregnancy. They were so bad that I went to the doctor in tears thinking I was going to loose my baby. Turns out it was more than normal. Besides, every pregnancy is different. So don't be worried anymore and be patient. Most cramps stop when you get to your 4th month.

yes, I had them first time around, and this time as well. The only thing I have noticed to make them different than period cramps, are that when u push down on where it hurts, it doesnt increase the pain .. where as when I am on my period, should I push down on the spot, it hurts bad. My pains are constantly switching spots too lol

I have had three children and had terrible stomach cramps with all of them, it was actually the reason I felt I was pregnant the last time.
Better to be safe than sorry...call the doctor.

Very normal...there is increased blood flow to your uterus and uterine region that can cause slight pressure, plus your uterus and ligaments and muscles that surround it are stretching....totally normal!!
