If you would like to go out with her then the process will most likely begin with you asking her. No need to hesitate on this. Most guys feel a little inhibited with a vague fear of rejection, but if she says no, your life will be no different. If she says yes, then you can find out more about each other and enjoy each other's company more.
By all means, ask her out. Ask to meet her parents, and treat them with respect. Follow any directions they give you. You won't win the girl if you don't win the parents. (There are exceptions to that but its often not pretty.)

If you aren't SURE she likes you by now she doesn't want to date you. Trust me. She just wants to be friends, unless she has given you some sort of fairly clear indication.
Go ahead and listened to all these emotional nancy pants and ask her out. But if you have to ask here, she hasn't given you the clear indication has she.

If you feel that there is a connection and that the feeling may be mutual, then go for it.
It's better to have done with the possibility of being rejected then to have never done at all.

yes and no. if you guys talk only about "friend" stuff then no. not at all. bu, if you two talk about a whole variety of things and if you know she's single then you may CONSIDER it. it takes a lot of time to know things like that....so basically, wait and see.

believe me people get over being asked out pretty fast if they say no
