how do u find your moon sign?

i need to know how to CALCULATE your moon sign. i have asked this question before but the only websites that people gave me were ones where you had to make an account and it required unnecisary information such as name, location etc. does anyone know how to actualy FIND your moon sign? like...my birthday is may 19 so my sun sign is taurus, but i went to borders and found a book and i did some math or something and my moon sign is taurus again. however, my dad's sun sign is libra but his moon sign is aquarius. how does this all work?

The best way to do this is to find a book that has some charts in it, and explains how to use them. If you try to figure it yourself, it takes forever, as you have found out.

The moon sign changes every 2-3 days, whereas the sun sign, as you know, changes every month. That's why a person will often have a totally different sign for the moon than for the sun. But, of course, the sun sign can be same as the moon sign.

It's very interesting and uncanny!

Why do you keep asking the same question? Weren't the other answers any help at all? Didn't you manage to print out your Chart?

Why don't you add into your question, the following data and I'll tell you not only YOUR Moon sign but your dad's as well? But I will need the complete, ACCURATE data.

Date Of Birth (dd / month spelt out / yyyy)
Time Of Birth (exact time, and indicate am or pm)
Place Of Birth (name of city or town)

you do not have to calculate your moon sign or what sign any of your planets are in..and you do not need to have your chart done or make an account with anyone...what you need is to be able to look at an ephemeris...this is put out by the Rosicrucian's.. you go to your year, date and run your finger across and there it is sun, moon,etc...in the signs for your birthday...find and esoteric book store in your area..good luck

you can learn astrology yourself and make your own birth chart.and it's not true that it takes forever. it takes a long time to learn interpretation (and lots of practice)..but it won't take too long to learn how to make a birth chart. if you are interested and have an eye for detail (and have brain of course), you will be able to do it. it's impossible to calculate your moon sign i think. the only way is to calculate Asc and create the whole chart . if you want, you can leave your email, date and time of birth, (+location of birth) and i can make a chart and tell u all your planet signs by email (it's free don't worry lol)

I don't think that there is a formula, think that you have to know the alignment of the plants on that date. Heres a web site, you have to put your name and stuff in but its free. What I do is make a new web address just for stuff like this. You dont have to put your real name.

You can also buy Mythic Astrology, cards and info sheets that you fill out yourself. I have them and they are cool, you can do two people's charts and compare them in love, friendship, ect.

its difficult to fiond out exactly what your moon sigb is without that data Basically, you have to look it up in a book of tables called an Ephemeris, or ask an astrologer to do it for you.

you have to look at a star chart. What is your bday... I can look it up for you. Its based on not only the day, but the year you were born.
