He moved here about 10 years ago and we met at a restaurant that we both work at. He is an extremely talented chef and I want to respect where he comes from and I find it interesting to learn about his culture. We have known each other about 8 months but only recently started seeing one another. I wanted to get him a small gift that representes his culture- something that I may not know about or understand. If I could incorporate what he does for a living into it that would be good to- he has soooo much passion for cooking. ANY ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Usually mexicans love soccer, does he? if he does buy him something from the team he likes.
Like all mexicans are different so buy him something that you think he will like, dont buy him something mexican just cause he is mexican, u know? if you want you can contact me and i can help you, but i dont really know what he likes, u know? It also depends on what part of mexico he comes from.

Something with the madonna of guadalupe on it, for his car. The best thing would be to invite his family over to celebrate with everyone. La Familia is most important.

buy him a bumper sticker that says viva mexico, and a little mexican flag he can put on his car then he'll be set

buy him a sombrero and a t-shirt that says "mas cerveza, por favor" from my impressions of puerto vallarta, there are a lot of t-shirts that say that in mexico.
