I just got prank called by someone who's supposed to be my friend and a person whom i don't really like, they were both on the bus and and I think a person who hates me was listening in (she even threatened to beat me up once) anyhow he was calling me retarded and i said that he was one to talk, and then he said I'm telling and said that I would get my *** whooped or something like that, so i hung up and now i'm so pissed off i can't concentrate, what's a way to calm down

first of all its ok to be upset. and you should calm down if you need to think right now. why not call a friend that always makes you laugh? that will help a little. if youre needing to study, just hit the books and try some good music although its not reccomended when you study or do homework. you need it riight now. before you start studying pour yourself a nice glass of coke over ice. you can also take slow small breaths to calm your heartrate. oh yeah and if mom or dad dont allow drinks where you are studying, be nice and plead. dont get mad at them they didnt do anything wrong.

To calm down just get a stick and start whacking thay **** out of a pillow of something...or count backwards.

When I am stressed out I take a nice walk around the block. It helps me to refocus on things. :)
