so what if he does come out to be the father...his parents live like 400 miles away from here but he be down here most of the time and i really dont want him going all the way up there and my baby is 7 months old and he dont know them or nothin about them and they HAVENT been there for me like they didnt take me to them dr appt or was even there when i had him

No matter where the father lives or how many times the grand parents have seen the baby they still have rights too! You should of NEVER had anyone sign as father for that baby until you knew who it was for sure in the first place. It took two to make this baby and it is going to take the both of you to raise it. don't keep your child from the its father it will only hurt you in the end.

When he signed and acknowledged the child as his, he is legally the father.
But whether or not the blood test proves him to be the biologically father or not, if he loves you, he will stay with you and be a man and a father to your child. His parents will just have to accept the fact.

do u and ur baby a favor go back to school, learn to speak proper english and then maybe "ur babies daddy's, parents" will respect you if you can "ACT" like a grown up oh yeah keep ur legs closed or only sleep with one guy at a time. good luck to ya

its all about your comfort too. maybe they should stick to coming down there for a while until you and your baby seems comfortable, and about them not being there for you I know its hard but now you have to look out for whats best for your child, and its good for your child to know its family....
