I need a world phone - calls from Pakistan to the US?

I am moving to pakistan and i want to keep in contact with people from the united states so i am going to try and buy a world phone. What should i do and what company should i go with? I need all the help i can get because i know nothing about this topic. thanks so much!!!

well you can find a number of calling cards that offer real cheap rates to the US

callmate calling cards recently had a special offer and had put the PK-US calls at 0.99 Rs per minute..

the usual charges are around 1.99 or 2.99 Rs per minutes

besides that.. cellular plans now offer US, UK or canada calls at local call rates.. so u can call PK Mobilink - US @ Rs.2.35 per min, PK Telenor - US @ Rs. 1.50 per 30 secs, PK Ufone - US @ Rs. 2.50 i guess..

first i didnt got what you mean by world phone
the one u can call international or u talking abt roaming or something ??

anyway... i'm in india but ma family is in usa... so what i did.. i got internet phone... with usa phone number...
what i get.. unlimited usa canada out going & incoming calls
its preety cheap just 30$ hrs

there is another service www.voneg.com its very cheaper

but make sure u need internet connection ... u dont need pc.. company will give you device.. just attach it with internet.. n attach your any analog phone ... n starts talking :)
