Depends on the state that you live in. States have different rules. Some states like NJ state that if you spend 1 night together in the house. Then half is hers. If you own property but you never spent any time there together then that property is not contestable in a divorce. So check with your state and a competent divorce lawyer. Even if you aren't thinking about a divorce they will know the answer. That's what they do after all.

Don't tell me you are already questioning you marriage, or thinking about what would happen if you two get a divorce. Are you not so confident in your marriage that you would ask such a question? But, yes she is entitled to at least half, because you bought it while you two were married. Had you bought the house before you two married, she could not touch it; this really depends on which state you are residing in.

It depends what state you live in. Are you in a community property state? In a community property state your wife owns half of all your property no matter what. In other states, it's more complicated.
