What's the best prank you have ever done?

i tied a piece of string to every hair on my brother's body whilst he was sleeping. And all at once i yanked the strings out... the look on his face was priceless!

April Fools - my boyfriend of 6 years - not living together - don't want kids.
Spent a lot of money to do this but well worth it.
Got the "What to Expect When You're Expecting" book, knit a baby booties, borrowed a car seat....had been making "hints" for about a month, his friends were in on it.
Let him "catch" me checking if the truck could take a car seat, "accidentally" left a "mom" magazine in my bed-side drawer, even pretended to have cravings...all with a fake look of guilt when he "caught" me....even had his best friend "let slip" something to the effect of "...when, oh I mean IF you are ever a dad...".
Hook, line, and sinker. By the beginning of April he was sooooooooo wound up - he could barely look at me. (Like I said, we don't want children!) His little brain just couldn't fathom what he was gong to do.
When we finally told him about the prank I swear he very nearly passed out right then and there!
Maybe this sounds a bit cruel but, trust me, in our world, it is considered the BEST ever.

At TCU in FT. Worth, TX. some fellow workers and I were cleaning out the dorms for spring break. One of the temp workers had used a racial slur towards my work partner. No violence became of this, and all the administration did was separate the workers. The next day my co-worker wasn't/ didn't go to work, because the temp reported for work. When asked by supervisor where coworker was and I had told him I'd overheard that the temp & he had got into a fight and the temp killed him.Supe reported this to admin. which lead to the police coming. Now, mind U, all I said was I "overheard". Because of scrapes and bruises caused by moving beds, dressers, etc. and the police not finding my coworker the temp was arrested, held 4 days, untill coworker showed back up. He & family went visiting his mother-in-law. All were questioned, gave recounts of the arguments. I'd called my coworker after work that day and filled him in, he decided to take a few extra days off. When he showed up 4 work, Round 2 of the mess started, but ended quickly- law enforcement was told from the start, there was talk going 'round that he killed him. Not only I, but 2 other workers said they'd heard something to that effect. No one got into any trouble and after a week we told the supe & admin. They weren't to happy but did acknoldge they should of done more about the slurs

Put Red and Blue food coloring and bubble bath in a fountain in the middle of Salt Lake City. Sure was pretty purple bubbles for the world to see. Probably messes up the pump tho..

Once my best friend and I were really mad at these guys who rode our bus(total ***holes!) So to get them back we took and old fudge box we had and went out to my backyard where we got some of my dog's poop and grass and dirt. We mixes all the ingrediants together and cooked them in my very old Easy-Bake Oven. We put the "treats" in the fudge box and told the guys that it was fudge. They took one bite and well you can guess what happened.
Whats even funnier is that I sold my old easy-bake oven to one of the guy's little sister, with the dishes i had used to bake the poop fudge and all!!

for a senior prank, we stacked up all the lunch benches with a crane and made a stack like 50 ft high...it took the school janitors 4 days to get them all down without cranes.

placed a fake rubber snake in a box of asparagus, and the snake blended perfectly,
but i felt real bad after wards because the wrong person took the asparagus.
