Why doesn't your husband want you to work? Getting a part-time job might be good for you. Not only will it give you something to do and make you feel like you're contributing, you'll also have some extra money. I always complain about my job, but if I didn't work, I'd be so incredibly bored!

You can volunteer. Big Brothers and Big Sisters needs adult volunteers to be mentors to younger children/teenagers. You only have to spend time with your Little Sister once or twice a month, but you can spend more time with her if you want. This might be fun for both of you.

Also, have you ever tried scrapbooking? I never thought I'd be into it, but I tried it, and I love it! It takes a lot of time and thought.

You might also want to try joining a book club in your area. This way, you'll be able to spend time with other people, plus while you're at home, you can read for the club.

Maybe joining a gym or taking a dance/aerobics class would be a good idea. It'll give you exercise, plus allow you to maybe make some friends.

Maybe you can try cooking new kinds of food. If you're home by yourself, you can spend time preparing the meal, then treat yourself to something tasty. Besides, if you find a meal that you love, you can fix it with your husband sometime.

How about making candles? My sister is really into this. You can get supplies at a craft store like Michael's or Joann.

Reading has always been a hit with me; there are so many things out there to read. When I was single, I took fencing classes for a while, just something I've always been interested in. Classes in general is a fun way to pass the time, check out a schedule in your local community college. I've always wanted to take pottery or history classes, but never had the time. Join the gym, take up swimming. I like playing World of Warcraft to pass the time. Also, for a while I've been involved with a medieval/Renaissance re-enactment group, made a lot of good friends there.

I love scrap-booking! You can get kits at a store to start making them. Just go through your pictures and make a scrap book for your husband. It will help you remember all the memories that you have with him that you can save in a cute scrap book. The more into details you go with it, the longer it will take you to pass the time. You can also give them as presents! You should really try one!

in case you do not circulate away the homestead, then why are you compelled to have a various sleep time table than your husband's? Did you ever evaluate adapting to share his? Now i understand that isn't be accessible, even nonetheless it rather is in simple terms an thought. i might propose discovering the thank you to knit or crochet, yet that isn't be the international's maximum inexpensive activity. in case you're like me, you will commence off with cheap factors and kit, yet you will right this moment prefer nicer ones. So in case you think of you will like working with yarn from Wal-mart or Jo-ann's, then it rather is a sturdy determination for a activity. you additionally could make a great style of small initiatives, like amirugumi figures - little, beautiful crocheted crammed gadgets - and you will desire to additionally be waiting to sell a number of them on Etsy to make extra funds for factors. do exactly not anticipate a great style of earnings from Etsy, a minimum of not good away, as a great style of human beings have unrealistic expectancies for that website.

He is afraid if ya work ya might (just might) meet another man. He has probably seen other soldiers get "Dear John" letters and this is his reason for not wanting ya to work. My advice is GET A JOB, GO TO CHURCH, AND GET A LIFE !!!

Get involved in your neighborhood. Help build a Habitat for Humanity Home. They will train you on the job and then if there is something wrong at your house or you desire to remodel your own home you will have the skills to do it.
