how many college units can be equivalent to a degree?

Hi! I have 122 college units. Can anyone tell me the significance of this here in the U.S.? Thanks much! =)

Depending on the course, but approximately around 150 units.

This varies college to college, program to program. It's more than how many credits you have, it also has to do with what the credits are from.
