Every Wednesday is "hump day"...meaning the week is over the hump of the halfway point....it's slang....a nickname

Hump day refers to "Wednesday" on the 7 day calendar. The middle of the week per say getting over the hump.

Hump day is Wednesday. It means that you made to the middle of the week and the weekend is coming up. So if you work a 9 to 5 Mon-Fri on Wed. you would say that it's hump day, you made it half way through and the weekend is almost here. Hope that I helped a bit. PEACE

Wednesdays are "Hump" days. Once you get done with Wednesdays, you're over the "hump" of the work day week. It's all down here from there. (sort of)

as far as i know "hump day" only exists in the USA, is a wednesday and called hump day cause its the middle day of the work week
