It means she would lie about anything. Most of time when people lie, it's because they are insecure and want to impress but, don't know how. Maybe you should confront this person and say: Cut the crap and stop lieing, Your better than that. And then see if your friend can stop or be a habitual liar and turn out to be a fake and a phony. Friends are cool but, liars can't be trusted.
