I just read up on it, and the prognosis is good if you are willing to consult with a sex therapist along with your doctor. I'd never heard of the condition before but make sure you know for sure that's what it is, because there are other causes for your symptoms.

Yes, many women have been cured of this. You have to get to the psychological root of the problem; there is no quick "medicine" for it. It'll be a long journey-good luck!
