ok without going into too much details have you notice that the law protects the criminals. You the victim have no right I tried to file a charge, but anyone can seach you for any reason or give you medicine. they can do what they want and seach you as far as they want to. This is not fair that I can't take it to court that anyone can do what they want to you what do you think. yet I know I am alive because of some of the things I did. Do any of you feel all the rights go to the criminals and not the victim. Do you feel the law is not on your side. Is it fair that you can't take to court when you are a victim. Just who is the court protecting the criminals or victim what do you think that the victim has no rights do you agree. I know it isn't the police deptaments fault, so what can we do to have better laws for victims. any Ideas so that the criminals don't have all the protection any ideas?

I may be going out on a limb, but in a trial, the court is trying to send the accused to jail, not the victim. And not everyone that is accused is guilty (unless you live in Soviet Russia, Nazi Germany, Saddam's Iraq, or Bush's America).

Seems you have some issues which isn't easy to answer, it hard to understand what it is that you want to get from this message. The law is required to help thoughs that need help and yes at times it doesn't seem as if the victim is given the justice he or she needs buts if all the facts show that you have cause for your action than the law will be with you not against you.

It is because of all the limp wristed , bleeding heart idiots who make the law, and the same kind of people who vote them in office. I think that we should eradicate them all. (criminals) I will more then be happy to be the one to pull the switch, or put on the noose around their neck. I can do nothing in the world, but let one come through my door and try to harm me or my family, and I will save the state a lot of money keeping them alive for 20 years while they appeal their case. It is not revenge as some will say it is, it is JUSTICE.

Your question started off alright, but you lost me in the middle of the ranting. The law can't predict who is going to be victimized. It is only after a crime has been committed that it can be used. Therefore the law is too late for victims.

Because liberals and their conspirators want to make sure that no one's feelings are hurt. They believe that they can rehabilitate criminals. They think that it is more important to fix a bad guy than punish him.
