Egypt.....its all the way around the world from Mecca going east.
However Indonesia would be the furthest east without going more then 180 degrees around the earth.

This is a funny tricky question. Since the world is round, you could claim it is Jordan, which is just barely West of Mecca (making it the Islamic country that is the "furthest East" of it).
