It needs to be real good to make up for the fact that I forgot all about it last week, and went to Las Vegas for a weeklong batchelor party instead.

Here's what you should do;

Go shopping. The list consist of;
1) Two Dozen Red Roses
2) Whip Cream
3) Strawberries
4) A Meal You Can Cook (see my suggestions below)
5) Cake Mix (for the cupcakes) & Frosting

Take the two dozen roses and lay a rose from the door all the way to the bedroom. Then, take one rose and rip the petals off and lay them all over the bed with a note in the middle saying, "A romantic evening awaits you, so slip into something, and be ready for an eventful night. Love Always-- Your name".
After you arrange that, you should make a delicious surprise meal for her. My meal suggestions would be Shrimp Scampi, Steak w/ Mashed Potatos & Carrots, or any type of Pasta (like chicken alfredo, pesto, etc). Also, bake two cupcakes; one for the both of you with the years you've been married written on the top with icing. Have candles lit at the table, with dim lighting, and her favorite music playing low in the background.
Next, have another note written out before dinner and hand it to her when you're done your meal and leave. The note should say, "When you're done, meet me upstairs for fabulous entertainment by yours truly, Your Name".
Then go upstairs, get clean and freshen up (from all that cooking) and prepare the strawberries and whip cream next to the bedside.
When she comes in, you know what to do from there. This'll knock her off her feet!

Well considering that you forgot how about being her ***** for a day? Or pretty much doing things she likes even if your not as into them. Chocolate and flowers are a good start. Maybe even jewelry. Make dinner or have some delivered and set it up nice for her with candles and stuff. If you have a song together, play it on the stereo and ask her for a dance before or after dinner. If all esle fails, body massage and dinning at the Y should help you out some. Good luck =)

So you forgot about it last week . SO? Now you have a year to remember the next one. Promise to take her to Paris or some s*** like that for the next anniversary. You make points that way, you'll get some tonight, and next year you can forget again. Some men are just amateurs. But you'll learn.

At a yr. honey she is probably ready for a day off. A day off of all housework , Kids? I know this can be overwhelming for a young woman. It is still overwheling on me , as many yrs. experiance I have on all of it! Start with breakfast in bed...and give her a day of pampering....
