we were together before but we broke up and i got pregnany now im with another guy thats beeen with me through my whole pregnancy thats been takin care of him and he seen the baby so now he want to take me to court and i dont know what to do

Paternity test would take care of things one way or the other. If he is the father he has rights and obligations to the child. If it isn't his there is nothing he can do, get a restraining order.

Just go ahead with the paternity test which will reveal whether your ex or your current boyfriend is the babies father. That's great that the other guy stood by you through the pregnancy, but that doesn't mean that your child shouldn't know definitively who their biological father is.

IF ITS HES LET HIM TAKE CARE OF YOUR CHILD... YOU MY CARE FOR THIS OTHER GUY BUT UNTIL YOU HAVE SOMETHING MORE SECURE-- LIKE MARRIAGE AND HE ADOPT THE CHILD... DON'T DEPRIVE THAT FATHER FROM HIS CHILD AND THAT CHILD FROM HIS FATHER....
