A babys soft spot, should it go in a little bit where there is no bone? my babys 5 weeks

still a very young baby, it should start to close (or whatever they call it) few months from now. the little girl i watch, i noticed hers was gone around the 9th month

Maybe slightly, but watch the soft spot over the next few days. If it sinks in more that is a sign of dehydration and you need to take you baby to the doctor.

Yes, this is normal, and so is seeing it pulse. . The anterior fontanel ("soft spot") will be there until your baby is about 12-16 months old. There are actually two, but the top one is the one we are most familiar with.

well the one on top of their head starys longer my little girl is 8 months and she still has the one on top of her head the one in the back has went away

yes it is normal and is called fontenelles. my daughter still has a gap and she is 9 month

Thats nothing to worrry about,it will even pulse sometimes,so try not to get freaked out.you get used to it.
