Apply for a work or residency permit in whatever country you want to work in.

You seem to be very well educated and have lots of experience. You could probably find work anywhere.

Hi, many US companies would hire you straight away but for you to market yourself, you should first be there in the US physically with some kind of status. The best thing to do, is to enrole as a student again in an US university for a second MBA,(since you have an MBA finance, you can opt for HR or ACC or MIS Specilisation ,and also you would get a lot of exemptions and can finish your second MBA within 1 year).Once you are in US as a Grad student, you can start your job hunt sitting from there.By the time you get offers, you would know what it takes to be an US employee first hand. Good luck.If you want specific details, please write to me ,I can share whatever I know on this.

Sounds like you know the drill. If you are coming to America, I would work on cleaning the English up some.

I don't have the details, but you will need a sponser and a visa .. the visa can grow to the green card if you want to stay. And best if you have some relatives or friends outside of work to help you.

good luck.

there are certain additional degrees u must have before even u try for a job In US, ask some friends who are abroad, or go to US consulate for details, they should help u and guide u, US is completely different from your experience, i am not in finance ;but what i have heard is that their terminology and phrase is different from ours, don't try Singapore as u will be treated as outcast in your office, unless u learn Chinese and have Indian as your boss or guide
