hard to tell this early. it is supposed to be on the cold side (maybe mid 50's to low 60s), but a few years ago, we had a freakishly warm winter (we had some days go to upper 80s lower 90s) in feb, and the following year it was quite cold (mid 40s).

February is in the middle of our rainy season. Expect daytime temperature between 50 and 60, but add in wind with gusts to 30 mph or more plus rain and it will feel much colder.

Usually in the 40's or 50's. February can be pretty rainy too.

February is very cold and very wet.
It will rain almost everyday, and the temperature could drop down into the 40s.

Did you say hot? Did you mean cold? It's Winter!...About 55F with lows in the 40s.

it's normally quite foggy and chilly. the temperature is around 55-60 degrees Fahrenheit - sometimes it can rain.

ralatively same temperature all year long... about 66 degrees
