Star, you need to consult in a Doctor. There is nothing wrong with getting a little help to take the edge off. If your depression is situational, remove yourself from the cause. If it is everything, try identifying what you want from life and set a realistic plan to acheiving your goals. Just know you are not alone and don't have to go through this by yourself. Reach out and know that better days are on the horizon.

(THE MEANINGFUL LIFE)

(1)“The Pleasant Life,” Involves satisfying simple physical desires, for example by giugging wine. Enjoying a sexy romp. Or taking a hot bath. Such happiness can be short-lived.
(2)“The Good Life,” Involves engaging in activities that present a challenge. These activities often involve mixing with other people. Such as playing soccer on a Sunday morning,”
(3)The Meaningful Life,” This comes when people can give wider meaning to their life. For example by helping others through voluntary work. Some obtain it through religion,”

You have to figure out what is causing the unhappiness. If you just went through a traumatic event, positive or negative, you have to give yourself a chance to heal.

Otherwise, see a doctor to make sure it isn't a hormonal thing that might need thyroid medication or birth control pills, or anti-anxiety medication.

Counseling will also help talk through these things. Whether or not you suffered a traumatic event, your current mood is causing you enough problems that it would help to have someone to comfort you and guide you out.

Oh, baby girl.
You need to go to a doctor.
Sounds like depression and severe anxiety.
With some counseling and medication you should get everything under control. And feel much better after a few weeks.
Make an appointment tomorrow.

well it sounds like you really need some help, are you suffering from depression, you need some sort of counselling, You can't go on feeling like this, this sound like you are having panic attacks, so what is making you feel this way, have you thought about what is causing this, and have you thought of ways to help yourself, like yoga, walks and music, just things that can help you.i hope that all will come right for you, good luck and god bless.

Well when we suffer a loss of any kind in our lives it is perfectly normal to go through a grieving process. If you feel totally out of control you may be suffering from clinical depression. I would talk to a doctor. There are effective ways to treat depression.
