Holding on to the good is a sign of good mental health. Throwing away the good, when done consistently, is a sign of poor mental health, and common in women with personality disorders.

I hold on to good things like material things from my boy's baby clothes, their school art work, the homemade mother's day cards.
But most of the good things I hold onto are the things I keep in my heart, mind and soul.
I loved this question, thank you for asking

I always try and hold on to a good thing, because good things don't come to often.
