Islands in the Stream by a long shot. Three stories in one with plenty of love, loss, family, lonliness, war, fishing, food, drink, male bonding. All the elements of a good Hemingway story.

"For Whom the Bell Tolls" is one of the greatest books I have ever read.
Do you speak Spanish or have you ever studied Spanish? I am afraid you might not appreciate the full genius unless you can habla.
