You will find info on the web that says you can kill mold with bleach and, to the contrary, information about it being ineffective, with reasons why. How do i get rid of or kill mildew in a carpet without putting in new carpet? What about the stains on the ceiling? What is the difference between mildew, mildew stains, and mold in a house?

call a reputable carpet cleaner in your area and see if they have something to kill it in the carpet and to clean it.
use kilz for the drywall and ceiling.

The big question is how did you get all this was there a leak from a pipe or in a basement.hopefully this is fixed or you are just putting a bandaid on a severed arm.

Bleach is an excellent mold & mildew killer...
Obviously Bleach is not going to work well on a carpet..
I presume there are anti fungal products that will not take the
color out of your carpeting....
