um isn't that Memorial Day and Labor Day?

2006-10-03 12:13:39 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 1 1

Yes I do. Memorial Day honors the dead from a war, and Sept 11 is called Patriot Day, ( not to be confused with MA, ME, WI Patriots Day) and all those who have died should be remembered, not just those who have died on Sept 11 as firefighter and those who protect us. There should be a holiday to honor every single person who protect us. There is a an online petition to have Sept. 11 as National Firefighter Day but I will not sign it. It should be a different day.
