Yes. I have on several occasions.

If you ever travel to Europe, the Med' or elsewhere, you will need to quickly get over the whole boy/girl thing. It's simply a "water closet" and you all do the same thing and act the same way in there.

(For the most part) It's only in America that going to the bathroom is such a private affair.

Sure, if there were stalls. I wouldn't want to walk in on some dude whizzing in a urinal.

From my own experience, women can be every bit as unsanitary and messy as men when it comes to bathroom practices. I am pretty much shocked daily at the state of the women's bathroom at my job...and I work for a very corporate company.

Sure, because I don't need to sit down.

I used to have to clean bathrooms at Target when I worked there in high school, and I was surprised and disgusted by how nasty the women's bathroom was as opposed to the guys.

GROSS!

No, since I do not have kids, I do not have to use the family restroom. I would rather use the woman's, fewer kids in the ladies if there is a family option available. AndI think in these times, a single person entering a family restroom would not be welcome, and would be viewed suspiciously.
But in an emergency, oh yes.

Had a few spunky couldn't-wait gals in the guys bathroom at a rock concert recently. Everyone seemed to survive and the gals were relieved.

If that was my only option, then yes. I wouldn't be too happy about it, though.
