I am 5ft 9inc tall. My father is 5ft 9inc, and my mother is 5ft 6inc.
My mother's mother is 5ft 9inc tall( if that helps).
I started taking seven seas cod liver oil tablets because i heard they help with height.
My little brother is 8 years and 6 months(if that helps) and he is 4ft 5inc.
When I was 12 years and 4 months I was 5ft 5.25inc.
I don't know if i've had a growth spurt, it would be good if you could judge.
Please give me an approximate of my adult height.

Generally boys stop growing in height at around 18. By what you have given...I would assume your height to be ultimately 5' 8" to 5' 9"

I had a growth spurt at 16, I am now 6 feet tall and happy. Make sure to exercise, be active and eat right. Stopped growing at 18 but satisfied.
