If you could have plastic surgery for free, would you and what would you get done?

I can actually get plastic suregery done really really cheap through my insurance but my hubby won't let me :( If he would let me a little lipo (from my butt and thighs) breast implants and a lip reduction (I think they are to big) My hubby likes me the way I am which is sweet but I would change a few things.

I'm sure most women or should I say girls would say get their boobs done, although most men I know like the more natural look. Not only does it look trashy but it has health warnings to go along with it..
Most guys I'm sure would say they would like to get a bigger penis, but if you ask most WOMEN, not GIRLS, they will say too big is not good.

I would not. There are things I do not like about myself but I would not put my health at risk to alter them to someone else's "standard" of beauty.
