Yes: "Genesis" and "Mahatma Coat" were instrumentals, and "When the Lights are Out" and "Radio Wall of Sound" were sung by Jim Lea.
Musicguru is wrong about "Find Yourself A Rainbow": The vocal is unmistakeably Noddy, but the unusual thing is that the barrelhouse piano was a guest session by Tommy Burton from '70s daytime TV show "Pebble Mill At One"

And I think "Find Yourself a Rainbow" from "Old, New, Borrowed and Blue" was sung by Jim, not Noddy.
