try pilates...it really targets the Core, which is the abs/stomach area. :)

that along with ur regular exercise will probably help u tone, and that will help ur "pooch" flatten. im willing to bet that urs is completely fine, and doesn't stick out.... actually women Need to have extra in that area...the rock hard abs is not healthy for women later when u want to have children.. anyhoo, as long as ur fit and healthy, and ur clothes look good, u'll be fine :)

we all have different body shapes and weight distribution, so don't compare yourself to your friend. if your body is healthy that's all that really matters. from the sounds of things to me, you are very healthy and very sexy with your little 'round thing' at your stomach.

but knowing that you want to look good for you, how about you see a dietitian or exercise professional who can direct you to some good habits that will achieve your goals. better than taking the advice of people you don't know and who aren't qualified either.

all the best.

It seems like you are fine the way you are! All women have a little pouch at the bottom of their belly, you can't get rid of it and why would you? It's womanly to be curvy!! Good job being healthy but don't get any skinnier!

in case you're attempting to tighten up your abdomen the superb element is cardio and ab workouts. I thghtened mine up that way in approximately 6 weeks. you in simple terms would desire to truly crack down and concentration on the factors you're attempting to advance extremely than in simple terms doing a well-known work out.
