Not that I know of. The only wierd thing coming up is that the Mayan calendar ends in 2012 which has been pretty accurate. People are predicting gloom and doom, but most likely they ended at that point because they just didn't feel like going on any more. They worked hard enough on it that it's been on the money for centuries now.

Not here in Australia but it has been prediticed that Ash Wednesday 3 will happen in 2007 although its a matter of wait and see
