Or anything similar? I don't snore, but most of the time I have a hard time breathing through my nose when I'm sleeping, (I have a small nose/nostrils..lol) and I was just wondering how well those things actually work

Love them! The tape can be alittle irritating to the skin if you use them on a regular basis, but they are wonderful. I, too, have narrow nostrils (my husband says I used the wrong finger to pick my nose as a child) and it can get pretty tough especially with allergies and a cold. They also come with Vicks to help open things up.

I have used breathe right strips. I also snore and my wife finds it quite bothersome. They worked for me in stopping the snoring. They do however have a tendency to fall off or not ad-hear to your face very well especially if your skin is oily. So it is important that you washed your face when you took your bath or shower before bedtime.

They actually work very well. I have used them and they physically force your nostrils to open wider so that you can breather easier.

breathe right strips help only if you are congested, but maybe you should try a vaporizor machine, cuz that works when i can't breathe but i'm fine. you could also see a doctor for suggestions

Yeah I used them for the longest time. I recently underwent an operation to correct my nasal passages so I don't have to use them anymore.

Don't help with snoring...at least not my husband's. And they apparently don't stay on very well either.

I don't know if they'd work for you but my dad wears them, however, it doesn't always stifle his snoring.
