Make some exercises that relax you, like breathing heavily exhaling slowly, at least ten times and when the air is coming inside your body try to figure our a circle inside your torax, that will relax you and make you sleep well, also have positive thoughs, for example think about you amking your best stroke, or move, a good service, a good run, something that make feel better, not bad thoughs Good luck and tomorrow be focused only see the ball, and play point by point, without the last point, nobody wins a match.

Probably icing it and stretching it is your best bet for such a short period of time. During the match don't give anything away that you have pain, though. If you show your opponent that you're in pain you'll give them strength mentally.

Sometimes pain in your side can be serious. Like appendicitis. But you may just have a pulled muscle. I would call your dr's office and ask to speak to a nurse and explain it to her. She will be able to judge if it sounds like you need medical treatment.

Ignore it as much as possible after you treat it with ice and heat. Do no let your opponent know it hurts so she gets a psychological advantage.

Ice it all night and then make sure to stretch it in the morning and before your match.
