Regular original audio CD rates range from 250 to 500 pesos ($5 - $10), although some music stores sell them for as low as 50 pesos ($1) during monthly mall sales (usually 15th or 30th of the month). Try Odyssey, Tower Records, or the SM record bars. There are also specialty religious shops which sell Christian CDs.

And yes, there are Christian cds in Tagalog. Try looking for the Papuri series, and also Gary Valenciano's (although his albums are a mix of English and Tagalog).
