Does touching always mean your flirting/you like the guy your touching?
Is it a form of hitting on some one?

Cause this guy I work with rubbed/scratched my back and said "Have a great day =)"

Your gaydar is working very well today. You were hit on by a gay man. Touching and rubbing shoulders is definitely flirting.

Guys should be more careful about touching in the workplace. It's be totally misconstrued and then there's the whole sexual harassment thing. How old are you and how old is he? If you're alot younger than it probably is just a friendly gesture but if you're close in age than it could mean more. Some guys touch to flirt and some guys are just really friendly and they come from families that are "huggy-feely." The only way you'll know for sure is to ask him. In the meantime, observe him around other female co-workers, does he touch them alot too? If he does, then it could mean he's just being friendly. Guys, don't touch in the workplace!

I would say flirting. If you're a male and this was another male, I would hope you're not homophobic and flip out. Since it's at work, the best way to handle it is to tell your supervisor since that can be sexual harassment in the work place. Unless you like him back then go for it (even though I stand by the motto don't eat where you ****).

Not always sometimes it just means have a great day but if it creeps you out just pull away next time he touches you, it is what woman do and the person gets the message.

I'm not gay... I do have a gay guy I work with though. One day he came up to me and stuck his arm around me and said "I'm really glad they hired you here" since then he found out I'm married and stait. I did ask him about ''The Touchings'' and he is just like that with everyone. Watch as the other person goes about there day. Good_luck.

I touch men and women both and don't mean anything by it. Some people are just natural born "touchers."

The guy who rubbed your back might be gay. It is recommended flirting but just appreciate him for who he is. If you don't like it then just say please leave me alone NICELY.

First of all, it's "ladies", and second, I really wouldn't worry about it all that much.
