Hmmm... Depends on if they are doing it to be nosy. If so, then yes. And I demonstrate body language to tell them I don't like it.

sometimes, yes. Most of the time these folks are not really paying attention or just cant handle being in a line. The funny thing is that it happens more frequently at certain places like Home Depot I've noticed. I usually just make an "adjustment" to where I am standing and that solves it.

Yes, especially if you're paying for your purchase with a debit card...& besides it's just plain rude to invade someone elses space like that.

Yes they are invading your space. We all have a zone around us that we only want people in when invited. Next time say hey your in my zone man.
