Is it true that having plants in your house that it keeps the dust down ?

It doesn't keep the dust down but it can keep the indoor pollution down. There are certain gases which we would refer to as pollution that certain plants can remove from the air. That's one reason it's good to have some indoor plants.

Sorry. You also have to dust the plants every now and then too.
