Try any song ya like. Turn on your radio/cd/ipod whatever ya have and lay down. If ya feel like its not workin just use a baseball bat to your head repeatedly till in a coma and tada! your sleeping! Also good for head aches, depresion, annoying voices in your head, and even if your just one of those people that no one likes. So swing away!
