What kind of legal action can i take against a man who threatened my life via cell phone voicemail in the state of california? Who is on probation for a DUI and Drunk in Public charges?

You can call the police department and say you have recieved a terroristic threat, the maximum charge is a felony if convicted in the state of California...you can also get a restraining order filed against that person.

Cameron stated that if there have been any further erosion by skill of the ecu over our sovereignty, then he would call for a referendum. obviously, there is further erosion, and hence the vote must be placed to the folk once and for all. Cameron is now in cahoots with the ecu as far as i'm worried. he's only come again from Brussels and says he's effective about slashing the once a year subscription will boost from 6% (as demanded by skill of the ecu) to 'mere' 2.9%..... large deal! no longer. And the fee of the rises on my own would have honestly saved one provider complete of planes from being scrapped so as that lets easily safeguard our own territory. Such are the priorities of the stupid drama queen social gathering called the ConDems. ..... And now this! the ecu are stressful too a lot at the same time as we are dealing with such huge cuts to our own amenities and cutbacks to our own welfare equipment. Britain must be run as a business enterprise, and not in any respect a charity to all of us that comes to a call to come back right here having not in any respect paid in a unmarried iota. Why can't we be extremely better like Australia and only say NO!

Call his probation agent. He will be warned not to have any more contact with you, if he does he will be arrested. Or you can file a complaint with the police department for harassment, there has to be more than one incident for it to be considered harassment. Get a harassment restraining order.

Up can get an "Order of Protection" , report his actions to the police, hire an attorney and hide.
