well how old are you now? I was 17 and just liek you. my cramps were practically paralyzing, i alwas had to stay home from school and work suring the heavy days. midol, tylenol, advil, ect didnt help much. So my mom decided to take me to the obgyn and i got put on birth contorl pills (even though i was sexually active at the time) I have been on them for almost 2 years and they hale so much with the cramps, and even makes your period lighter. I still get cramps but they are tolerable. I just use an electric heating pad which helps alot and feels great. you should definately talk to your mother abotu getting on birth contorl pills. and how much they can help you. they also have many benefits, but alot of side effects. i am on seasonale which only gives you 4 periods a year which is great. you should definately talk to you mom. If she says no then maybe you can go to a local health clinic or planned parenthood and get a few packets. but im sure your mom wil be understanings abotu your situation.

good luck. But in the mean time just go out and buy an electric heatimg pad. ive tried the potable ones. like from therma care that last us to 8 hours that you can just stick on your stomach and all it did for me was made my skin feel like it was on fire! but you can always try them you

good luck! birth control pills are a miracle for people liek us though! =)

Hey, a friend of mine had that same problem and then about 6 months ago she started bleeding like her "normal", heavy period and it didn't stop for 5 solid months. She got to the point where she was very weak, always tired, moody, and lost about 50 pounds (which she didn't need to loose). Finally after about 4 months of bleeding she went to her doctor and had to immediately schedule surgery. She had to wait a month and a half before because she had to take all kinds of meds and eat 3x what she was used to just to be strong enough to survive the surgery. Now, I'm not a doctor, but if it were me, I'd be seeing my GYN like yesterday... I hope this helps you.

Noone can really help you but a doctor and if you are really concerned about it then you do need to see a doctor. You might have a bleeding disorder or some other disorder that you don't know of. I know someone who was having a similar problem like yours and she had to have surgery to stop the problem. So go get your checked that way you be safe that sorry.

Mine were the same way. Some women are just like that. Hormone fluxuations can cause horrible reactions.

I went to my doctor and they put me on birth control to regulate and take the edge off of my period. It really helped. I would highly reccomend you talk to a doctor. There is no need for you to suffer like this.

I REMEMBER THOSE DAYS... THEY GOT BETTER.

1. Clean yourself the most as possible..
( Wet the toilet paper with warm water. " Minnie Shower")

2. Warm bath work alot.

3. Yep.. Keep on changing your tampons.

4. The pain wil always be there but it does get better.
But if you clean yourself more ofter it feels better

5. DO NOT EAT AT NIGHTS OR BEFORE YOU ARE GETTING YOUR PERIOD!

It's just normal sweetie since you're not 17/18 and it's not regulated, but better check a doctor to be truly sure. Don't worry about it, if it's possible, your mother and friends can be very helpfull

Pray to God continually collectively as attempting, as God helps people who help themselves extremely than people who're lazy. Lord Krisna suggested in Bhagavad Gita, we would desire to accomplish our works and resign the fruit of our action. So we would desire to shop attempting and discover exhilaration in doing our paintings, no count if or not we get the needed result. we would desire to continually not lose desire. Do your superb and circulate away something to God,it is going to all come good some day or night.
