One Life to Life fans: mistaken identity-Hugh or John?

Everyone believes and think John's dead. But according to last week's ABC Daytime preview, it's a case of mistaken identity. Hugh was also in a car crash in Atlantic City. Do you believe it's possible that Hugh's dead and John was the one that's burned from the car crash, covered in burns, wrapped in bandage? According to the preview, he said he can't speak. What do you think?
