This sounds sick but I've heard some women actually say preperation H works.

There's not really a proven way to get RID of them.
However i'm sure they could be easily covered with makeup, if you know what your doing.. ima guy, so i wouldnt know.

Otherwise, just try getting more sleep.
If that doesn't work

call a local dermatology center, Make sure you have some sort of medical insurance, otherwise the price for a simple checkup will be outrageous.

Sleep, no I'm kidding. It's from small ruptures under the eye area that blackens. Well looks black. Try tea bags, the cause the blood vessels to constrict. There is also a cream that cause the vessels to constrict.
This product I was referred to by my dermatologist. Here's the link for the product.

Preperation H, believe it or not. Dabble it under your eyes and the bags will be gone within a few minutes.

GET PLENTY OF SLEEP AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER, for a start. You could also try taking vitamin c and/or vitamins. You could also try taking an iron supplement or use makeup.
