It looks like a braid or rope, but when you're ready to use it again, you just shake it out. I've done it before but I can't remember.

Tie an overhand knot in one end of the cord leaving a loop. Reach through the loop, grab the cord about 18" away and pull through the loop leaving another loop. Reach through the new loop and repeat the process.

use ur left hand in 90 degree and move ur thumb away from the rest of fingers and start looping chord around ur thumd and elbow aroun and around till u finished and put to receptacle and plug together

Yes some one showed me it too, but like a dummy I forgot how to do it.

I would think it would be hard to explain in just words.

If you know how to crochet, it's just like making a single stitch chain.
